Your legs are a part of the body that will always need attention. Those of you who walk or jog regularly know what the benefits of having fit legs are. Some of the biggest and strongest muscles in your body are in your legs and so if they are fit, lean and strong, the basic day to day tasks of walking to the shops, running to catch that bus or climbing the stairs when the elevator is broken become much much easier.
